Our tradition
Since 1960, when our story and that of our traditional panettone began. Three generations have passed the baton from father to son in opening the laboratory every morning, starting to knead, bake and take out of the oven.
For us, being faithful to tradition does not mean doing the same things in the same way, but changing according to the values we believe in and that are part of us.

This is why our Traditional Panettone is based on the original recipe, but is continually and subtly perfected, and this is why our study of alternative flavours continues incessantly.

This is why every year, between June and September, we review the processes in detail and experiment with new and small changes to our traditional panettone. A continuous “labor limae” that allows us to maintain with absolute certainty that the next Panettone Marchesi will be the best artisanal panettone ever.
