The Marchesi blueberry Panettone is the new product for 2022, but it takes inspiration from a much-requested variant from the past, the berry panettone.
We decided to propose the pure blueberry to make the Panettone Marchesi even more extreme, in an experience in which the softness of the dough is enhanced by the semi-candied blueberry.

The Panettone Marchesi with blueberry is characterized by an enveloping dough interspersed with notes of wild berries; we recommend pairing it with an excellent passito that caresses the acidity of the blueberry and does not disturb the palate with overly intense fragrances.
